See how the Robot:
- Screens an Outlook mailbox according to subject line;
- Saves the .pdf attachments to a folder for processing;
- Uses AbbyFinereader to translate the scanned .pdf documents into a machine readable format;
- Extracts dockets from multi-page files and converts them into single-page files, one docket per page;
- Reads the text in the document to locate the docket number;
- Renames the .pdf file according to docket number;
- Logs into the ERP System, in this case Netsuite;
- Searches for the sales order record in the ERP system according to sales record (docket) number;
- Uploads the matching delivery docket against the sales record;
- Repeats this step for all the files it created; and
- Once the Robot has logged out of the ERP System, it sends a summary email confirming task completion and exceptions.
