Background

Angelique is a Master Black Belt with extensive business process and continuous improvement expertise, including Lean, Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma, as well as complementing skills and knowledge like Agile and Robotic Process Automation.

She started her career as an Attorney and has held leadership roles in many different disciplines, including Audit and Compliance, Relationship Management, Project, Program and Portfolio Management, Operational Management and of course Continuous Improvement, in markets across Australia, Asia and Africa.

Training and Certification

Angelique was trained through the Lean Six Sigma Academy of Dr Mikel J Harry, the principal architect of Six Sigma.

She was the first Black Belt to be certified in Europe and the first Master Black Belt to be certified in Asia Pacific as part of Ford Motor Credit Company’s Global Lean Six Sigma Program.

Additionally, Angelique is trained in both the Enterprise Project Management and Agile Project Management Methodologies as well as Robotic Process Automation.

Experience

Angelique has taught continuous improvement in Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, South Africa and the Philippines and has deployed Lean Six Sigma Programs in Australia, Africa and Asia.

Throughout her career, Angelique has used continuous improvement methodologies to deliver results at an operational and strategic level.
She has led her own operational teams of 40 plus staff in the application of Lean for every-day incremental improvements.
As a Master Belt, she has coached local and international project teams through the completion of more than 40 Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS Black Belt projects, transforming large multi-national processes.

Most recently, Angelique has been consulting to a broad range of large corporate clients, including Higher Education, Insurance and Mining, helping them optimise outcomes in complex environments.
